THE LICENSE
After a completed, non-refunded purchase, the purchasing person or business
may keep a downloaded copy of this collection and display the included
photographs on up to three indoor screens at the single physical property
identified at checkout. Permitted settings include that property's guest
rooms, lobby, lounge, or other indoor common areas. The license is nonexclusive,
has no recurring fee, and continues for the purchased collection subject to
these terms. It does not include future collections or new files.

The checkout receipt and the property name/address supplied at checkout
identify the purchaser and licensed location. One business operating several
separate addresses needs a separate license for each address. If checkout
details contain a typo, contact the studio to correct the record.

PERMITTED COPIES AND PRESENTATION
The purchaser may store the files on devices needed to display the collection
at that property and keep one backup copy. An employee or installer may access
the files solely to set up that property's display and may not keep or reuse
them for another customer. Proportional resizing to fit a screen is permitted.
The gallery's original framing and existing signatures should be preserved.

SCOPE LIMITS
This license does not grant print, merchandise, advertising, social-media,
broadcast, stock-library, model-training, resale, sublicensing, or public
file-hosting rights. Do not redistribute the files, share the download with
other properties, remove signatures, or sell access to the files themselves.
Ordinary incidental appearance of the screen in a photograph of the licensed
room is permitted; extracting the artwork for a separate advertisement is not.

OWNERSHIP
This purchase does not transfer copyright, exclusivity, ownership of the
photographs, a physical fine-art print, or rights in any other collection.

SUPPORT AND COMPATIBILITY
The delivered package contains six 2,400-pixel-wide JPEGs and an offline
desktop-browser gallery. It is a Full HD screen edition, not native 4K,
not a television app, and not a managed signage service. Device installation,
hardware, internet service, updates to future devices, and uninterrupted
operation are not included. The setup guide describes the checked route.

REFUNDS AND END OF USE
The studio offers a 14-day refund window through the purchase receipt or
studio support. If the purchase is refunded or reversed, this license ends:
stop displaying the collection and delete the working and backup copies.
The studio may also end the license for a material violation after written
notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct it where correction is possible.

QUESTIONS AND REQUIRED RIGHTS
Contact the studio for additional properties, broader use, or an address
change before using the files outside this scope. Nothing here limits rights
that applicable law does not allow to be waived. Gumroad's applicable purchase
and payment policies also govern the checkout transaction.
